Workforce year-to-view absence planner makes it simple to plan training and holiday dates
Teachers are threatening strikes in the autumn over issues such as plans for local pay. Two unions, which represent 85 per cent of teachers, promised an “unprecedented” joint campaign of action. The National Union of Teachers and the NASUWT say if the government refuses to “negotiate sensible arrangements” they will “move to escalate industrial action, including jointly coordinated strike action and action short of strike action in the autumn”. The unions offer a ‘time limited’ window for talks.
WinTA software from Time & Attendance UK has a familiar Windows™ interface, providing quick and easy access to information about workforce lateness and absences. Security profiles and passwords limit users to specific areas of the software. The year-to-view absence planner shows absences for individuals or departments, making it simple to plan training and holiday dates. The HR department can choose to view all types of absences, a single absence type or all types with a common category. Absence categories and types are fully user-definable.
