Wildlife World to add more staff following successful presence at toy and educational fair
Gloucestershire-based Wildlife World will have to hire additional staff after successfully securing some very lucrative international contracts following its attendance at the world’s largest toy and educational fair in Nuremberg, a news report reveals.
The company researches and designs products such as butterfly and moth feeders, bird tables and boxes and hedgehog feeders. Now, it will create up to five new jobs after securing 107 new business contracts and orders from new markets such as Russia and Slovenia as well as existing markets such as Germany and Sweden.
James Allan, sales and marketing manager at Wildlife World, said: “The educational market is quite new to us, as in the UK, we have largely been selling to garden centres and to retailers online.
“Attending the trade fair made us realise there is a large market for our bird boxes, insect and animal habitats and feeders from education authorities, schools and kindergartens, keen to show children how to care for and attract wildlife.”
