Time clocking network can use a specific shift on public holidays
Hundreds of hospital doctors are threatening to go it alone on strike. The GPs are prepared to break ranks with colleagues south of the Border as part of the pensions dispute over a later retirement age for doctors. The medical staff are due to be balloted in November on taking industrial action in Scotland for three days in mid-winter. If the strike proceeds, it would leave only emergency cover in hospitals commensurate with a weekend or bank holiday.
Time & Attendance UK clocking management systems are the best there is at fitting in with the needs of your company or organisation. If your staff need to work particularly on one day or time with certain working conditions or breaks, the software will automatically record this, plus knock-on effects with wages and payroll. The WinTA network will set up various shifts for employees. Each type of pattern can be set up to override the normal pattern and use a specific shift on public holidays.
