East Lothian and Midlothian councils merge servicesDiscussions are taking place between two Lothian councils over plans to merge their departments in a move that would be a first for the north of the border. The merger plans are part of wider talks between East Lothian and Midlothian councils, along with West Lothian, Scottish Borders and Fife councils. Changes may be taking place in the structure of your corporation, but a Time and Attendance UK integrated smart card clocking recording system ensures your wages, hours and shift calculations are in good hands. Extra features can be implemented on your time and attendance system to take into account diversity with working rules between different organisations. One of these is the Secondary Pay Bands function. Here, certain pay bands pay into other bands either on a 1:1 basis or by using a multiplier.
