Time and attendance software keeps track of annual hours of an employee
Finance Secretary for Scotland John Swinney said he was facing a UK government-imposed cut of more than £1bn. Mr Swinney told parliament a 3% "efficiency savings" target would be imposed across public services and he would end big bonuses. He also plans to introduce a pay freeze for public sector workers earning £21,000 a year or more. Those earning under £21,000 will receive a minimum annual increase of £250. This applies to government staff, as well as those working in government agencies and non-departmental public bodies.
Time and Attendance UK software guarantees to meet your time and attendance requirements as it can deal with all sorts of calculations of hours and labour analysis. The inbuilt report generator makes it simple to get both real-time and archived information. For example, with the Annualised Hours function it is possible to keep track of time worked throughout the year by a particular employee. Our proximity read smart card technology allows your employees to quickly clock in and out, with the accurately recording attendances.
