In 2018, Cramlington Precision Forge decided that they were in need of a time and attendance system in order to better manage on and off site staff while giving employees a platform where they can easily book holiday entitlement and clock in and out of shifts. 

Amanda Montgomery, HR Officer at Cramlington Precision Forge said it was time for change and that going off employee word was not a sufficient method of managing staff. “Initially, we had no time and attendance system in place so we just had to go off of the employee’s word on the hours they had worked.”

Requests can also be made to add missed clockings, amend or delete clockings made in error.

Working in conjunction with the Self-Service Module, the fire roll call app helps ensure your staff and visitors’ safety in case of an emergency evacuation, immediately providing you with a list of who is currently clocked-in on site.
