SAFEContractor rewards top health and safety levels

SAFEContractor awardTime and Attendance UK Ltd’s expertise and real world experience in installing sophisticated electronic systems for more than a decade in the human resources and time and attendance sectors has been rewarded. They and controlling company Tensor have been awarded the SAFEContractor Certificate for the high standard of health and safety (H&S) procedures attained. The accreditation is successfully-gained for another year in the scheme which recognises high standards among UK contractors.

The certificate is awarded pertaining to Time and Attendance UK’s work in the installation and maintenance of their personnel software which can be tailor-made and adapted to individual requirements, as well as the company’s other Access Control and security systems. Tensor is now listed on the website www.safecontractor.com as an approved contractor. The website is used by SAFEContractor’s clients to search for accredited contractors; and can be used by Tensor to search all approved contractors in order to find a suitable sub-contractor.

The company had to undergo a vetting process which examines H&S procedures and track records for safe practice. Kate Smith, After Sales & Project Manager at Tensor plc, said: “This has confirmed that our health and safety policies are impeccable.”
