Office human resources technology includes Secondary Pay Bands feature
The TUC general secretary gave his reaction after it was revealed one in 10 UK workers is now officially underemployed. Brendan Barber said that wanting to work more hours each week but being unable to do so “carries a huge pay penalty that puts a real strain on people’s finances.” Mr Barber added: “Long periods of underemployment can cause longer term career damage, which is particularly worrying for the one in five young people currently trapped in it.”
Arranging rosters, salaries, shifts and overtime can be a burden but this is made much lighter for human resources sections by Time and Attendance UK technology. Our proximity read smart card based clocking and personnel systems handle all aspects of office life very easily and quickly. Standard reports include: Weekly Clock Card, Payroll Summary, Absence Summary, and Job Booking. The Secondary Pay Bands feature allows certain pay bands to pay into other bands either on a 1:1 basis or by using a multiplier.
