Major works payroll system receives information from third party applications

Unite union bonus for working Olympic Games paid extra clocking system payroll Time & Attendance UK Data transfers automated processThe Unite union is demanding a bonus for each of its 21,000 members who are working during this month’s Olympic Games. Members of the union walked out last month and postponed a second 24-hour strike today (Thursday). Unite wants bus drivers to be paid extra like other transport workers and is also planning a strike for 24 July, just before the Games begin. The union is also demanding an extra £100 for every day workers go on strike.

A major requirement of any clocking system is the ability to export information to the payroll system. Time & Attendance UK is the leader in this field and has worked with all of the major payroll packages. Our WinTAnet system has many configuration options to extract payroll information in exactly the correct format. It can share or receive information from third party applications by using readily available interface modules. Data transfers can occur either on demand or more usually as an automated process.
