Flexible working practices and support still not available for close to a third of UK employees

According to a YouGov survey for MHR, 32 percent of employees don’t receive the option to work flexibly. Furthermore, employees taking part in the study that complained about lack of support blamed rigid hours, a lack of flexible working, micro-management and poor leadership.
