Business clocking system enables employees to earn bonuses under special circumstances
One analyst thinks the Barclays chief executive has put in a less than sparkling corporate performance. Bob Diamond, who has led Barclays since October 2010, earned £6.3m in pay and bonuses in 2011, although he still was not the firm’s top earner. However the Pensions and Investors Research Consultants said Mr Diamond should not get any bonus at all. It said: “The value of awards given to the CEO could not be ascertained with reasonable accuracy owing to the rather confusing disclosure.”
Bonus payments and a myriad of other wages or staffing hours issues are handled by Time & Attendance UK’s clocking systems and software. The system allows you to create a series of shift premium rules that enable employees to earn bonus payments under special circumstances. The bonus is calculated either as extra hours or monetary amounts and can be included in the export to payroll. It is fully scalable, from a small single site operation to a global network of businesses.
