Amiri Construction has been selected by Kingsbridge Estates to build the facility, which will boast over 11,000 sq m of manufacturing space. It includes a low-energy, sustainable chilled building, as well as a curved solar PV roof and silver surface to ensure heat reflection.

The building will also have a roof drainage system to capture rainwater and run off to the nearby pond systems and construction is now underway and is due to be completed by Spring 2017.
