Smart proximity read cards not affected by dust from the working environment
A joint statement by three councils welcomed news that Jaguar Land Rover is investing a further £150 million in one of its plants. Staffordshire County Council, Wolverhampton City Council and South Staffordshire Council said thousands more jobs would be created for the supply chain. One issue that local employers are concerned about is a skill shortage in the workforce. On the shortages, MP Pat McFadden said the issue should galvanise parties “to address any lack of readiness of the local workforce.”
If extra workforce is being taken on in an area at your organisation or a specific plant then you need a Time and Attendance UK system to help organise the personnel. Smart cards and key fobs can be quickly issued from our parent company Tensor to operate your time and attendance system. The proximity read method of the cards and fobs means that they will never wear out, and dust and residue picked up from the working environment presents no risk of clogging the reader.
