World-class network for dealing with absence planning and entitlement
The RMT (Rail, Maritime and Transport) union has announced a week’s worth of strike action for cleaning staff will begin this Friday, February 15, 2013. The cleaners, who work for Churchill and are based in Teeside, will walk out from 22:30 GMT and the industrial action would come to an end at 22:29 GMT on Friday, February 22. Bob Crow, RMT general secretary, said members had shown “guts and determination” in a long campaign of “rock-solid” strike action.
WinTA Net is a world-class web enabled Time & Attendance Management System from Time and Attendance UK. It handles all major hours calculation methods and there is no better way of dealing with absence planning and entitlement management. Graphical calendar charts provide a colourful way of viewing an individual’s or a department’s absence records. Each employee can be allocated different entitlements for absence such as annual leave or allowed sickness. As absence is booked and taken, the available remainder for each entitlement is updated.
