Mark Serwotka, the head of the Public and Commercial Services union, said the Labour Party was “emulating the Tories” on many issues. It enables managers to activate breaks between set times, and/or after a minimum number of hours have been worked. The optional auto-clockout feature allows the system to automatically clock an employee out at a specified time if no clockings are made.
