Time & Attendance UK’s networked clocking management systems are the best there is at combining the requirements of time and attendance, payroll, rostering and job costing. WinTA handles all major hours calculation methods as well as Working Time Regulations issues. Among its working rules it contains special rules to accommodate the formal flexitime contracts worked by many public sector employees. WinTA handles different overtime rates and night shifts and will insert unpaid breaks if staff do not clock them.
