Complex payment schemes can be set up using time and attendance software
Unite leader Len McCluskey said the settlement of a long-standing industrial dispute with British Airways was “honourable”. The union said BA had agreed to restore travel concessions to staff who went on strike and award a two-year pay deal worth up to 7.5 per cent. He said: "We always said that this dispute could only be settled by negotiation, not by confrontation or litigation – and so it has proved," adding: "I am particularly pleased that travel concessions will be restored."
Using the comprehensive software in all Time and Attendance UK systems you can create a wide range of pay scales and daily working patterns (shifts), with either fixed or flexitime rules. Secondary Pay Bands is just one of the features. Here, certain pay bands pay into other bands either on a 1:1 basis or by using a multiplier. Under the Shift Premiums function complex payment schemes can be used, based on factors such as the time of working to the grade of employee.
