In 2019, Wilton Bradley, specialists in the design and supply of quality consumer leisure goods, installed a time and attendance system in order to help cope with the management of the staff across their sites.
Situated in Newton Abbot, Devon, Wilton Bradley employs around 200 people across both sites. James Chamberlain, HR Manager at Wilton Bradley chose Tensor and decided that three fingerprint readers, five clocking stations, the TA.NET time and attendance software and the Self-Service Module (SSM) would be sufficient in order to help manage the workload of their staff members and deal with overwhelming HR matters.
Mr. Chamberlain said “We looked at various systems and companies over the years but they all came back too expensive and did not do everything we needed. We wanted a system that was, A, reasonably priced and, B, would provide accurate clocking data and excellent analysis software – Tensor provided this.”

An employee can also use the software to request new periods of absence, cancel pending absence requests or cancel approved absence requests that have not yet occurred. Requests can also be made to add missed clockings, amend or delete clockings made in error.
